Our facility is available to rent for meetings, whether it's for a small group or a larger gathering.

In addition to weddings, we also offer our facility for other private events, such as anniversary parties, birthday celebrations, and more.
Main Hall
The Olds & District Evergreen Hall is a 204 seated (300 -no tables) hall available for rent on weekends and during the week when there are NO Senior activities happening. The hall has the original wood floor which is great for dancing.
Great for weddings, family reunions, birthday, anniversary, or retirement party, Christmas parties. New sound system in 2022.

Main Hall: 241.62 square meter hall ( 13.32 meter wide x 18.14 meter long)
Stage: 7.2 meters x 2.7 meters and 87 cm off the floor.
There are 8 foot long tables as well as 6 foot round tables.
Rental: $40.00/hour; 5 or more hours $200.00 per day
Kitchen Rental: $100.00
Projector & Screen: $50.00
White Round Tablecloths only: $50.00

Sound system & Podium: Included
Tablecloth laundry: Included
Additional Information:
Non-refundable Booking Fee: $100.00 – Part of rent payment
Damage Deposit: $500.00; one month before event.
All rent money is payable one month before event by E-transfer, Cash or Cheque.
Food: You can bring in your own food or must have your own caterer
Bar: A Liquor license is required through AGLC. If having alcohol, you must have PALS (Party Alcohol Liability Insurance). Obtain online or through any Insurance company.
Loss of hall keys, damage to facility or equipment, or unclean hall will result in extra charges.
Meeting Room
The Olds & District Evergreen Hall has a great meeting room that seats up to 50 people and up to 35 people with tables. This is available in the evenings or during the week when Senior Activities are not happening. Great for meetings, small gatherings and training sessions.
